What is Hypnotherapy?Clinical hypnosis is a brief strategic therapy that works on an unconscious level. It is nothing like stage hypnosis where the hypnotist puts the audience member “under” to perform tasks to entertain the audience. In hypnosis:
Everyone
can learn to be hypnotised, it is a natural state we experience everyday,
for example when we are daydreaming or being absorbed in a film or
reading a book. The relaxed mental state we enter in hypnosis is ideal for therapeutic treatment. |
